I help both homeowners and design professionals understand and implement changes to promote health, safety, and wellness in new and existing homes.

I have a history of crafting impactful environments and laying the foundation for holistic sustainability - going beyond green materials and furnishings to create homes that are healthy, that function better, that make the best use of space and resources, and that fit perfectly the lives and lifestyles of the humans who live in them.

Why Me?

I'm Jase Frederick, and in over 20 years as an interior designer, I’ve collaborated with clients and colleagues on everything from quick refreshes to full remodels to building dream homes from the ground up – each with the goal of creating an environment that strengthens the homeowners’ overall well-being. I have valuable knowledge of healthful and sustainable furnishings and materials (including when and when not to use them), and a team of experienced design and building pros who provide every service imaginable to make a healthy home.

I’ve had careers in teaching, marketing, the non-profit world, executive recruiting, and now, design. Everything that came before honed not only professional skills but human skills - communication, patience, understanding and empathy. I’ve experienced home renovation first-hand and I know the excitement – and the pain!

Teaching Wellness

For clients and designers who want to understand the principles behind designing healthy homes, I offer programs on Wellness and Sustainability. I also create print and online content.

For Kids, there’s an in-classroom, interactive program to begin the conversation about wellness in the built environment.
